DESCRIPTION:Ever wondered how heavy a bastard sword is? Is it hard to write about your ranger or knight character actually fighting someone? Do you struggle planning out swordplay scenes? Then\, dear writer or GM\, this seminar is for you!\nIn this workshop we'll pick up weapons and find out what it really feels like to hit a target with a sword\, how to use your body in a fight with or without weapons\, how to read an opponent\, what constitutes skill with a sword - and of course have enormous fun with pointy objects! \nThis is a physical class\, so wear comfortable exercise clothes\, and expect to sweat a little. Indoor shoes\, with thin soles if possible\, are recommended. Absolutely no physical requirements\, everyone is welcome regardless of age\, fitness\, size\, experience or disability. We want to teach you how to fight\, which you can then use in your writing.\nIf you're under 18 years old\, please bring an adult. \nWe can switch between English and Finnish as needed.\n
