DESCRIPTION:Be it underpreparedness\, magic of immersion or just unwise levels of dedication\, many larpers neglect their own care during a game weekend\, and then crash when the reality hits again. So come to listen as a larp veteran (and a certified mother hen) tells her self-care tips from before a larp until after its end. We will cover topics such as larp registrations\, prop mishaps\, weather\, emotional hangovers\, and unnecessary little things like eating and sleeping. There will also be stories of dedication and foolishness experienced over the years. \nThe aim is to help both beginners and veterans to find ways to take care of themselves without breaking the game\, while also preventing premature grey hairs for their mother hen friends.
